Fishing Equipment

Fishing is done by people as part of their profession, while it is also a hobby for some. For both these reasons, there is certain equipment needed so that the art of fishing becomes easy.

Some of the important fishing equipments include fishing rods, lures and baits. There are many types of fishing rods available in the market to choose from, depending upon your requirement and choice. One type of fishing rod, known as the bass, is used for fishing in the freshwater and saltwater. It comes in various sizes and is strong and flexible. Bass is also a fishing game which is held every year; other types of fishing rods include Trout fishing rods and Crappie fishing rods.

Equipment used in fishing is the fishing lure, which also comes in various types. The type of lure is chosen according to the specie of fish you are catching. Lures also come in a wide range of shapes, sizes and colors. Some of the varieties of lure are surface lures, spoons and spinners.

Baits are also used in fishing. There are two types of baits: jerk baits & soft baits. Jerk baits are artificial plugs which have no action or movement of their own but the fisherman's maneuvering of the rod and the line determines whether the fish would be caught. Soft Baits are made of rubber like material and come in various shapes such as worms or frogs or clusters of bait in other shapes. Floating drivers are also used in fishing. By the help of these equipments fishing can be easier.
